The May 21^st Live Quado & Carrie Telemeditation

I ask that we may stand in the light and that only good may come of our time together.  I ask that Buddha may shine over us and shower us with his wisdom.  I ask that Jesus may join our circle and reach out and touch each one of us, blessing us with his infinite love, compassion and healing. 

I ask that Quado wrap himself around each of us like a warm, comforting blanket of love and caring.  I ask that Running Wolf lend us his healing powers so that our meditation may heal us in mind and body.  And I ask that all of the higher spirits and angels who wish to join us may form a circle above us and shower us with love and blessing throughout.

And now, we will breathe down to a quiet place, as I count down from ten to one.  When I reach one, you will feel very, very relaxed.

And now, breathe.  Breathe in, ten, ten, ten and out ten, ten. ten.  Breathe in nine, nine, nine and out nine, nine, nine (and so on, down to one).

And now, take one last deep breath, relax completely and surrender to my voice.

See yourself walking across an open field, soft earth underneath your bare feet, the sun shining gently down as you walk across the field.  And now you become aware of the earth in a deep and close way under you.  You reach down and grab a handful of earth and feel its warmth, its life, the way it embraces life, the way it is life here, on earth.

And now you see a tree, walk over to the tree and sit down on the ground.  You sit down and feel the warmth of the earth embracing your body.  You feel it in your legs, the earth energy, you feel it at the base of your spine.  It is so stable.  You feel so grounded.  You know that you belong here.  You belong on this earth, in this life and you feel completely grounded within it.  You feel secure in this life, on this earth.  You feel stable and centered and you know that this experience, exactly as you are having it, is what you are meant to do, meant to experience, to have this life.

And now, the earth energy moves up to about your waist and it covers your sexual center.  And you feel here the connection with the fertile, creative earth.  You feel within you, all of that creativity springing up.  You are like an open field on a spring day, when the grass pushes out toward the sun and all of life springs out new, brand new.  All of this is within you.  This connection with the fertile, creative, growing earth.  All of this is within you.  All of this spark of creativity, that passion just to be alive.  And you feel how blessed you are to be within this life, and how each moment is like the springing forth of the grass, is like the opening of the flower.  Each moment is like a new spring.  And this earth energy fills you and lets you know this in your deepest self.

And now, the earth energy moves up, warm and comforting and covers your center, your solar plexus.  This is the center of your truth, your oneness.  This is the center of your integrity and a very strong place where your higher intentions meet with your purpose here on earth.  And you can feel now that centered, grounded peace within you.  And you know that if you will only return to this peace, you will know exactly what to do at any moment.

For a moment we will just pause and let that peace fill your center, so that as you go out into your life, you will remember what this peace, this deeply centered feeling, is like.  So that you can just take a deep breath and return to this place at any time.

And now, the earth energy moves higher and it covers your heart.  Your heart and your entire chest, all covered with warm, stable, comforting earth energy.  And here you become aware of all of the love that is there for you.  In this life, as you walk this path on the earth, you are a part, a deep part, of loving energies that are all flowing toward you.  Be aware of that.  Feel Quado’s loving energy.  Feel the energy of all of the guides and angels that are around you.  Feel the endless, loving energy of the universe and how it embraces you and supports you in this life. 

Whatever you do, you are loved.  It is impossible, impossible, to lose that love.  It is impossible to make a mistake and lose that love.  No matter what you do, no matter who you are and how you act, you are loved.  It is a deep love.   Feel it.  Feel how you belong in this life and are supported, supported, and surrounded by love.  Each step you take, you are loved.

And now, let the earth energy, warm and embracing, move up to your throat.  And here, it opens up your expression of yourself, for this is why you are here, to be who you are, to show who you are.  Not to try to be like someone else, not to succumb to all the pressures to make you be like someone else, but to be and express yourself. 

And now you can feel how all of these energies are working together.  How your creative self springs forth like the grass, moves up through your center of integrity, so that what you do and say is always coming from that place of deep internal truth.  And now it moves up through love before it reaches your center of expression, so that you always find ways, no matter what, you find ways to express your truth and your creativity in deeply loving ways, in ways that respect you and in ways that respect others.  Always moving your truth through love on the way to expression. 

And now the earth energy moves up into your head, and as it does so, the very top of your head opens wide, and you are aware of a bright, glowing ball, a golden glowing ball above you, which is your own higher self, your own soul self.  And a shaft of golden energy comes pouring down from your higher self, down into your body.  It pours into your head and awakens all of your intuitive abilities, mixing the earth energy and the higher energy, clearing away fear, clearing away doubt, and opening up your intuitive senses.  So that now you are embracing this life on the earth on two dimensions, on at least two dimensions, on many dimensions.  For that energy from your higher self is so high and pure and its vibration is so high and pure that your grounding into the earth is blended and mixed with a lifting into your higher self.  Your third eye, in the middle of your forehead, is fully open, as you experience this life on the levels of the higher energies, but also grounded through the earth energies.

And the golden shaft of life continues to move down and blend with the earth energies.  Blending at your throat so that now, your expression of yourself is flowing up from your creativity and down from your soul’s intention.  Your heart is full of your own love for yourself.  Feel that.  Feel how your higher self loves and embraces you, loves you exactly as you are.  For it is you.  This is who you are.  You are your higher self, expressed in this one earthly manifestation.  You are both of these things.  You are the intention and the expression of your higher self and you are this earthly manifestation. 

And all of this energy is filling you full to the brim and you begin to glow.  You glow with your higher self and your deep intentions and purpose of your higher self, but you are also grounded in this life to the earth energies, which are also, in you, higher energies, expressing yourself as you are to be in this life.

And your glow is now bright, bright golden, and it starts to spread out.  It spreads out, making a beautiful, glowing aura around you.  And still, the energy pours in.  It pours in from your higher self above.  It pours up from the earth.  It blends within you and makes a wonderful glow, a warm and loving glow that expresses all the best that you are. 

The source of this energy, the source of this glow, is endless, endless.  And it spreads out and out and out.  And now, you are lighting the whole area around you.  You are glowing brighter and brighter and lighting more and more around you.  There is no room for darkness here.  There is no place for fear within you, not even around you.  There is no doubt.  You are the fullest expression of yourself in all ways and you are glowing with it, shining out, lighting up the world.

And now, our glow is so strong, it reaches out across the earth.  See it.  See how the earth, this wonderful ball of fertile, creative energy that supports and sustains us in this life, is now covered by a golden glow that comes from us.  Our peace and our love are reaching out and bridging across the entire world.  We are connected deeply to each other.  Feel that.  Feel that energy. 

We will pause for a moment to let you glow out, feeding in the energy from your higher self, in the energy from the earth, glowing outward so brightly that we all connect with each other and feel our oneness.

Feel your glow.  Feel the connection with each other.  Feel how we have the power to bring peace and love to the world.  Feel how our love and light are stronger than fear.  Feel this connection, feel this love and this peace, and know that you can recreate this at any time.  Know that you have this power, this connection, this energy, within you every moment of your life.  Every moment of the day, you have all of this within you.  And all you need to do is take a deep breath, pull up the earth energy, pull down the energy from your soul self, glow from your center outward and connect. 

Let us keep this connection with each other to strengthen  each other, to remind each other how deeply connected we are, and to use our collective  energies to bring peace and love to the entire earth.

Every morning, spend at least a few moments breathing in this energy, reaching out and connecting to everyone who is connecting with you at this moment.

And now, it is time for us to return.  But we do not leave this experience behind.  We carry it within us.  And each of us retains this energy and this power.  Now we simply return to conscious awareness of ourselves and our surroundings.

So just wiggle your toes around, move your feet and then your legs.  Move your hands and stretch your arms up over your head.  Take a deep breath and when you are ready, you may open your eyes.
