A Weekend Retreat with Carrie Hart

for Women Who are Ready for Greatness

Held at the beautiful Terranea resort on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, just 30 minutes south of the Los Angeles airport and perched on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this weekend retreat will refresh you even as it introduces you to new skills and information, preparing you to lift up to the next level of your life.

Arrive on Friday for a cocktail reception and a chance to meet me as well as the other women who will join you for the weekend, women like you, who are already successful yet looking for more:   more joy, more love, more success, more greatness.

On Saturday morning, join a yoga class at dawn or work out at the spa fitness center.  Breathe in the fresh air off the Pacific as you gently stretch and get ready for a day of expansion and becoming. 

Then, after breakfast, get ready to use the other 90% of your Brain.  I will lead you in a deep meditation to open, expand and focus your intuitive senses, followed by an interactive exploration of your personal inner gifts.  You will discover if you are a Knower, a Visionary, a Feeler and/or a Listener, and learn how to expand upon these natural gifts and utilize them at will as you step out on your own path to greatness. 

Lunch is all about Beauty, as you laugh and share with your new-found friends over lunch and a fashion show, as you see what is new and chic and how that newness can be gracefully applied by women like you, women who seek personal expression in all areas of their lives.  

In the afternoon, relax for free time and reflection.  Lounge by the pool at the spa, indulge in a pedicure or one of the unique spa treatments, use the sauna, soak in the hot tub.  Walk along the cliffs or dip your toes in the Pacific in the cove.  Take a nap and a shower and then get ready for Brio!

Saturday evening is for dinner and a show.  I will perform my one-woman show, “The Courage of the Creative Spirit.”  You will be inspired by the stories of the greats of musical theater, how they faced the challenges of their lives and professions and just kept going anyway, kept overcoming obstacles and barriers until they finally met their greatness head-on.   And after an uplifting and song-filled show, I will lead you in a group sing-along of your favorite Broadway tunes, your chance to sing out to some of the greatest music ever written.

And on Sunday it will be more Beauty, Brains and Brio as you enjoy the company of the terrific women you have met, trade business cards and learn even more about how to open and expand your life with inner joy and outer greatness.

Plans and costs are being finalized now.  At this time, we are envisioning three retreats in 2011:  in January, to begin the year with zest and enthusiasm, in May as a pick-up and refresher, and in late September to celebrate our successes.
