Quado Abundance Meditation
This
meditation will help you create the life you wish to lead. It will help
you to establish a clear connection with your own higher self, focus you on what you
desire in life, and then elicit the aid of the benevolent universe in creating
an abundant life.
The CD contains three tracks:

A full-length meditation (29 mimutes) to
listen to when you have the time

A short meditation (12 minutes) to listen to
even when you are very busy. Now you have no excuse for not spending at
least a few minutes each day focusing on what is important to you!

Both
meditation tracks begin with a gentle breathing exercise.
The full-length meditation counts down from ten to one; the short meditation counts down from
five to one.
The
full-length meditation goes through a
clearing and energizing of each energy center, or chakra,
beginning with the base chakra and ending with the seventh chakra. At each
chakra, you are invited to visualize what you would like to create in this part
of your life. The chakra clearing is important because the abundance in your
life is directly related to your energetic connection to the universal flow.
The remainder of the meditation is the same in
both the full-length and the short meditation track.
With
the focus on the crown of the head, you are led through
a connection to your own soul self, reaching up from the crown of your head to
open up the flow of energy from your soul self down into your head and then
through your entire body, gently focusing again on each chakra from the top to
the bottom.
You then picture the things you would like in your life as
seeds to put in the palm of your hand
We then invite a bluebird to come and take the seeds and
plant
them in fertile ground, so that the abundant universe may
bring forth the life
you wish to create.
