The meditation was
dictated by Quado and recorded by Carrie Hart. The peaceful and
walking meditations are each approximately 20 minutes long.

The
peaceful meditation (Track 1) begins with a gentle breathing exercise,
a countdown from ten to one. The peaceful choral sound in this sample is
maintained throughout the peaceful mediation track.
The
walking meditation (Track 2) has a more
rhythmic feel to keep you energized. The rhythmic sound in this sample is
maintained throughout the walking meditation track.
Both tracks contain an energy cleansing
which emphasizes clearing you of thoughts which may make you feel you cannot
succeed at the diet and exercise program you have chosen.
The energy cleansing is followed by an
empowering meditation. This section asks
you to accept responsibility for transforming your body and emphasizes your
power to do so, to make it happen.
