This was originally a Telemeditation, as it came
from Quado Live to Carrie on May 21, 2005. The entire meditation takes slightly over 25 minutes.
The
meditation begins with an invocation,
followed by a gentle breathing exercise,
a countdown from ten to one.
The
earth energy then moves up through the body,
brining with its fertile and creative powers, its warm, embracing love and its
deeply grounded presence.
After the earth energy has moved up through your body,
you open to your higher self. The
energies of the earth then blend with the energies of your soul self within you.
You
then glow with all of the energies within
you.
And
connect with the other Quado readers, bringing a deep, peaceful bridge of energy
to the entire earth.
